In this Privacy statement Gusto Casa informs you about the use of your personal data within the Gusto Casa website (hereafter: the 'Gusto Casa Website'). The Gusto Casa Website is aimed among other things at displaying advertisements for house hunters.

To use certain services on the Gusto Casa Website you must create a personal account. Registration of a first name, surname, password and email address is mandatory for this account.

• finding a match between a house hunter and a seller;

Gusto Casa uses your email address solely to forward homeowners or buyers responding to the advertisements, and for communication about the purchase or sale of a home.

d) Customer contact

The data in your account may also be used by Gusto Casa to handle your questions and/or complaints and to provide the information you have requested.

The use of automatically generated personal data

Type of personal data

When you use the Gusto Casa Website the user's IP address is registered automatically. Your use of the Gusto Casa Website (browsing or clicking behaviour, for example) is also recorded. The IP address is stored temporarily in a log file.

Purposes of the use

Gusto Casa uses this automatically generated (personal) data for the following purposes:

a) Research into use of the Gusto Casa Website

Gusto Casa uses data relating to use of the Gusto Casa Website for anonymous, statistical research. The aim is to improve the Gusto Casa Website, its ease of use and the service provided. The data is held on a third party's servers. A processing agreement has been concluded with that third party. The data is held on servers located in Europe.

This Privacy statement relates only to the Gusto Casa Website and not to other websites linked to from it. If a hyperlink on a Gusto Casa Website takes you to someone else's website, such as an estate agent's, this privacy statement does not apply to your visit there. Access to, changing and deleting your data

Data retention periods

Gusto Casa will not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. The retention periods are:

• Personal data supplied by you: for the term of your agreement with Gusto Casa and for up to 7 years afterwards;
